In this context, your personal data such as “Name-Surname, E-Mail address, school, class, age” obtained by participating in the competition through the website and sending your works are processed for the purposes of documenting your participation in the competition, evaluating your works, contacting and providing awards in accordance with the legitimate interest of the data controller in accordance with Article 5/2-f of Law No. 6698.
TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
Darıca District Governorship may share your personal data with banks, Provincial and District National Education Directorates in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the Law in order to publish the competition results, hold the award ceremony, and ensure the delivery of awards to the public publicly within the scope of the announcement of the award winners and to make the payment.

Darıca District Governorship collects your personal data through the student whose guardian you are, by applying to the competition and entering information via e-mail, mail and cargo.
